7. Liability

SAAS EXPAND makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services. However, it cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or inappropriate use of the services provided by the client.

8. Confidentiality

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of SAAS EXPAND's head office.
